Familiar with the audio editing software Cool Edit Pro, Sony Sound Forge, and Adobe Audition? These are the ones radio stations use for remixing tracks. My brother is really making money out of these. My brother charges from Php5o up to P100 for each song remixed, including the CD burn. With that rate he was able to buy his needs, and his WANTS. He is now the suki splicer of our local tambays-turned-dancers, his school's dance troupe, and hot cheerdancers.
I've tried using the three softwares, and I think Cool Edit Pro is the most user friendly among them. You just need a day or two for practice. Afterwards, you can play DJ in your room. Dance like crazy if you want. You need to have an array of songs for splicing. You also need a huge network of Dancing buddies. Dance groups are the usual customers. The software isn't limited to just remixing, you can also dubb.

BP Taking Stand

You're a fresh graduate nurse. You spent about Php500,000 to a million in tuition and other expenses. You sold all your carabaos, your TV set, and even your mom's ring. In the long run you became a suki of mlhulier. You can't find a job yet because you don't have a license yet. And even if you have the license to practice its not easy to find a job. There is an oversupply of nurses in the country today. There are even hospitals that do not accept applicants, only volunteers. Volunteer nurses don't get paid, they only get a monthly allowance of around Php1,000. Life sucks.
How can you earn back the money you spent in college? You can't. At least not right away. But you can earn cash with the skills you mastered in college. Use your BP taking skills to good use. I've tried this once. It was just a trip ng barkada. What we did was set up a table and chair in the market place and a "BP taking for Php10" sign. The marketplace is the best set-up, its where people congregate to buy stuff, and do some chika about their neighbors. You really have to swallow your pride with this raket cause there are co-graduate nurses of yours who laugh at you. At the end of the day we earned around Php600. Look who's laughing now!
Our usuall customers were perverted lolos, fat ladies, the tambays, and the tanggeros.

T-shirt Graphic Designer
You will need some sort of graphics application program installed on to your computer. The most commonly used programs are Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. If you don't have these programs try finding someone who has them or find an alternate program that can provide the same results.
Step 6
Let it cool, and it's ready to be worn!

Parking Service
![]()
Here's the scenario, your lolo was once a rich don romantico back in his ballroom dancing days. He bought lands in the bario. Why? Cause he can. After a few years, the bario became a bustling metropolis complete with restos, grills, and malls. Shortly, your grand daddy died due to old age and too much ballroom back in his youthful days. He left you a piece of land right in the heart of the city surrounded by establishments. It'd be the perfect place for business, you don't have enough money to start one. Instead you end up paying up anuall taxes just to keep your lolo's pamana. Why not make money out of it? Im not saying you should sell it. For the love of lolo don romantico don't sell his pamana. Otherwise your grand daddy will arise from the grave and haunt you like sadako.
Here's what you should do, convert it into a parking lot. All you need to do is clear up the place. Make space for the cars and SUV's. You can charge them in hourly basis. As long as the land is entitled to your name its not public space, it's your space.

Palamig Vendor

Thanks to the wonders of science, we now have our litro pack juice. It costs about Php9-10.00 which is relatively cheap. With only Php10.00 we can enjoy a liter of thirst-quenching goodness. But how bout selling this? When I was in a mall in CDO, I bought this juice which costs Php8.00 per glass, and its just the regular litro pack juice.
Do the math:
1 liro pack = Php10.00
1 liter = 5 glasses
1 glass of juice = Php8.00
For every glass you sell you earn
5 glasses x Php8.00 = Php40.00
And your capital is only Php10.00. Subtract what you earn with what you spend. Your revenue Php30.00. Thats gaining three times of what you spend. And thats just by selling a pretemplado litro pack.
